Team T-Shirt  Design (Description)

Design a team tournament t-shirt and compete for best shirt of the tournament.  Bring your team shirt to the Chicks vendor booth by 10am Saturday morning.  It will be displayed with all the other team shirts where everyone can vote for the fave by placing gate tickets on their choice!  Team winners' photos will be placed on the Pitch for the Cure© website and the team receives an award.    Look for these shirts near the Chicks booth.

Team T-Shirt Contest (Rules)

One shirt per team can be contributed to Pitch for the Cure in an adult size.  There is no fee to enter this contest.  These should be delivered by the time of team check-in on either Friday night or Saturday morning.  We will pick up shirts that are left at team check-in at any park, but that will be done sporadically.  If you'd like to bring your shirt directly to J.B. Hunt park so that it is put up for voting sooner, please feel free to do so.

The shirts will be put up for voting to begin on Friday at the J.B. Hunt park!  When each tournament guest pays to enter the gate, they will receive a ticket to use for voting. They can take their tickets to the t-shirt contest area (near the auction booth) and use their ticket to vote for their favorite shirt. The t-shirt with the most votes (tickets) will win. That team will receive an award and will have their picture placed on the Pitch for the Cure website.  Award will be announced at the Saturday night ceremonies at J.B. Hunt park.

Contest shirts do not have to match the jersey shirt that is being worn by the team.  Please keep in mind that these shirts should be appropriate for all ages.  We do reserve the right reject any entries that we deem inappropriate.  These shirts will NOT be returned at the end of the event.

Team Auction Basket Contest

Your team can enter a filled basket into our Silent Auction or a auction sized item.  The team who brings the auction basket (or items) that bring in the highest bid payments will receive a team award.  This is a great help in our donation to Komen!

Team Auction Basket Contest (Rules)

Each team is invited to bring a filled basket to include in our Silent Auction.  (Multiple baskets or items can be donated per team.)  The team that brings in the highest paid bid amount(s) will win the Silent Auction Team Award.

These items can be brought to any Pitch for the Cure park at team check-in.  Very bulky or large items should be brought directly to the J.B. Hunt park where the Silent Auction is held.  Teams that wish to get their items added to the auction the fastest (to get more bids) should also bring them to the J.B. Hunt park any time before team check-in.

At the close of the Silent Auction, team auction items will be processed first in order to determine a winner as soon as possible.  The winner will be chosen based on the total amount(s) of bids that are paid for by the bidder by 11:00am on Sunday.

The Silent Auction Team Award will be announced during the Saturday night ceremonies IF it is obvious that the highest bid is actually the highest paid bid prior to the awards being handed out at the ceremony.  If not, it will be presented during the Komen check presentation at noon on Sunday.

If you have something really large, valuable or special...please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to promote it for you!

Please check the tournament schedule for time and location of all contests and ceremonies.  If changes are made to the schedule, every effort will be made to post the changes at each ballpark and on the Schedule Update Information phone line. We'll also send tweets right to your phone on Twitter at @pitchteams
